For wedding cake prices, prices start at RM20 for Round buttercream cakes and RM38 for Round rolled fondant. Prices range up to RM120 depending on detail work and design.
For pricing, email us or fill out our pastry form with your specialty cake requests. Please note that speacialty cakes start at RM80.
We personally work with each client and since all our cakes are made to order we usually require 2 to 4 weeks lead time. However, don't hesitate to email us even if your request is not within the timeframe, as we often have last minute openings.
At wonderMOM, we make all of our cakes to order. That means we’re baking them when you order them – no frozen products here! We only use fresh ingredients, including real butter, milk, flour, sugar and eggs! When we make hazelnut filling, we’re roasting the hazelnuts and grinding them to a smooth paste for a delicious rich flavor.
This means our cakes not only look beautiful, but they also taste delicious!
Fondant Vs. Buttercream.
What's the different?
We often get questions similar to this one regarding the difference between fondant & buttercream:
"Which one do you recommend (fondant vs buttercream) based on appearance plus taste? I’m not sure what the difference is between fondant & buttercream. I believe the fondant looks better. Does it taste better too? I think buttercream might be really sweet. Also, what would you do with the inside of the cake? Would there be a filling?
Fondant tastes sort of like marshmallows – it’s sweet. We always cover our cakes in vanilla buttercream first, and then put the rolled fondant on top – so you get the best of both worlds ! Fondant looks really smooth which is why we use it a lot. Some people really like the taste, and those who don’t generally peel it off.
Our cakes are two layers of cake (if requested) with a thick layer of filling in the middle. For fillings we can do vanilla, hazelnut, chocolate, raspberry, oreos and cream… just to name a few!
Any order that is above RM100 requires a 50% deposit when ordering.
Our cakes are made to order, so if you have a flavor in mind, let us know and we’ll do everything we can to make it for you! Our basic cake flavors are Vanilla and Chocolate.
We take orders either by email or through our online form. We’d like as much lead-time as possible…but if you have a short notice order, ask us, we will contact you and we’ll try to get it done for you! If possible, we ask that you give us at least 2 to 4 weeks notice on specialty cake orders.
Methods of Payment
We accept, cash and payment can be made by transfers/maybank2u/atm deposit. Payment throught these method must be settled 2 days before pick up date. We will email our bank details once you have confirmed your order and payment method.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
A deposit of 50% is due at time of order placement. Balance is due in full 2 days before time of pick up. If an order is not picked up on the day of delivery , the client is responsible for the remaining balance. wonderMOM will make every attempt to contact the client in the event of a missed pickup date or denied delivery.
In the event of cancellation:
1. All requests for cancellation must be made in writing.
2. If a cancellation is received more than 1 week prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit will be refunded less RM50 administrative fee.
3. If a cancellation is received less than 1 week prior to the promised delivery date, the aforementioned deposit is forfeited.
